17/06/2017 · Sometimes Vortex doesn't actually deploy mods. Best as I can tell it's because I've closed it too soon or I tried enabling multiple mods before previous ones were finished. Try reinstalling the mods (just hit the button on the right of the mod), and enabling them one at a time. Then for Vortex you download the manual version, open it with 7zip, check if it has optional folders inside (like optional texture variations etc.), repackage the mod archive for your liking and install it with Vortex.
